The group is poised at the edge of Nevada Falls (just off the frame to the left).  Clockwise for the left, Andrew Carver, John Hart, John DeAguiar, Serge Issakov, Adriana Issakov, me, Martha Carver.

Our path to Yosemite Valley floor proceeds down the Mist Trail.  It is short, only about 4.5mi's but it is steep.  With every step we thank our stars we are going down and not up.  We offer our condolences to unfortunate hikers trudging upward as we course down mountain.  Suckers.

By the noon, we will be at Happy Isles heading for our vans and home to San Diego.
