| This shot was taken from the "Y" between the
tributary canyon (to the left) and the main draw through Cougar Canyon
(branching to the right). From this vantage point it is easier to
see the amount of vegetation in Cougar and imagine the difficulty
navigating through it presents. Both palm groves are about 1 mile
from the entrance of Cougar Canyon.
We proceeded to the right and down to rejoin Cougar. |
