Stephanie leads Emilio and company through the rocks above the palm grove.  There are two paths up and out of the palm grove, one to the left and the other goes right.  We took the left route (right side in this picture), which leads into a boulder encrusted wall.  Some of us will take the right side on the return trip, which descends a water chute of polished granite.  Both are interesting ways to attack the route.
