It's hard for the camera to capture the steepness of the climb down from the overlook and the instability of the rocks along the way.  But you have to assume that everything you propose to stand on is loose.  If you don't, you're a candidate for taking a fast ride down a long slope populated with sharp rocks.  The nearest medical attention is 50mi's away...
