Emilio and Gary lounge on the granite precipice just above the water chute.  In the Spring, this rock is under water helping to narrow the canyon, forcing the flowing water into the chute.  Note the palm grove behind us and the valley floor below.  The desert floor (left) is where the cars are parked.
