| We are now at Sky-Blue lake, the highest named lake going up Miter Basin. The view is down-basin from whence we came. The previous picture shows the climb up to the far side of Sky-Blue lake, next to the water outlet. And yes, the lake was appropriately named. The water was deep blue and very cold... Marshall and Gary tank up for the next push up to higher plateaus and lakes on the way to Crabtree Pass. "Gee Marshall, this sure is easy. I'm not tired at all. Bet even women could do this..." |
