| Marshall and I are just out of sight of Timberline Lake,
our lunch spot, and on our way to Guitar Lake. Just after this
picture was taken, we run into the Crabtree mystery ranger coming the
other way!! How did she pass us unseen? Her answer was,
"I took the secret ranger route." Well ok, but just where
is that? You just can't walk a straight line from point A to point
B. There are mountains to contend with. Anyway, how she did it
and beat us handily to Guitar Lake, is still not obvious. ...Once
again, beaten by women. Can our egos take any more?
